Meet Servais Kalala, Mining Supervisor at Kamoa-Kakula. A native of Kipushi town and currently based in Kolwezi, he brings extensive expertise to his role, backed by a Civil Mining Engineering degree from the University of Likasi.

Prior to joining Kamoa, Servais gained industry experience at AEL Mining Services. His exceptional performance during the recruitment process at Kamoa led to his swift advancement to a supervisory position, where he now coordinates personnel shifts to optimize production efficiency.

Outside of work, Servais is a dedicated family man, devoted father and sports enthusiast, particularly enjoying football during his free time. His appreciation for local culture shines through in his fondness for traditional dishes like Bukari. Looking ahead, Servais aspires to advance his career and channel his leadership experience into an entrepreneurial venture, with plans to establish and manage his own business.
